A good dispersion is a necessity for any application.

Avoid using high cut method and don’t break flakes so as to protect luster and color..
Mixed with good transparency organic pigment.

Forbid to mix with TiO₂, Fe₂O₃ and chrome which has strong hiding power ( carbon is an exception )

The processing of plastic mould is the key point, which should be averaged, flat and smooth.

Generally, good parallel array of effect pigments can achieve the best effect. Pearl and metal luster effect pigments can create better effect in the application of non-crystallization plastic resins such as PP, PS, PE and PVC. And diamond series can create sparkling luster and three dimensions in the application of crystallization plastic resins such as nylon and ABS.
